The Samuel Field Y held its annual fall family festival and kicked off a week-long food drive on Sunday.
The festival included games, a bouncy house for kids, food and arts and crafts.
The Y's food drive will run through Oct. 13. Local residents can drop off fresh produce from local community supported agriculture, supermarkets or home gardens at the Y, which is located at 58-20 Little Neck Parkway.
Items that can be dropped off for the drive include apples, oranges, potatoes, carrots and other vegetables.
State Assemblyman David Weprin, D-Little Neck, dropped by the Y's festival and food drive. Check out this photo, which was provided by the assemblyman's office.
