More Hail May Be On The Way

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the area.

Small may Northern Queens this evening, warns The National Weather Service.

A Flash Flood Watch is also in effect until 9 p.m. this evening for the greater New York area, with an intense thunderstorm expected.

NWS warns that lightening can kill, and asks residents to remember that if they can hear thunder, they are close enough to be struck.

They ask that people find shelter if they do hear thunder.
