Why Go: This free film festival will feature Cape No. 7 [海角七號], at 12:30p.m. and Orz Boyz [囧男孩], at 3:15 p.m. Films are in Mandarin with English subtitles. Light refreshments will be served at 11:30a.m. as part of the festival's opening reception.
