Why Go: While this may not strike you as the quintessential family, weekend, activity, it is one that will provide your pre-teen with valuable information. Current high school students and recent graduates will give participants advice on all aspects of becoming a freshman, in a new school.

Why Go: This is the perfect activity to have the kids let out all of their energy, while having a blast. Follow this with dinner and an in-home movie night for a guaranteed 10 p.m. sleep time!

Back to School Sale

Why Go: Because if you haven't already gotten it done, this is the perfect time to stock up on all those necessary school supplies. Sales include 1 cent notebooks, 25 cent composition books, and 50 cent pencil boxes, to name a few.

Why Go: Before you know it you'll be feeling the brisk chill of the Fall, throughout the day. Now's the time to savor the summer with such mixes as Better Batter Boogie Board, Banana Beach, and Caramel Fudge Swirlpool.
