Where/When: 32-49 Francis Lewis Boulevard, Flushing On Friday or Saturday night.

Why Go: Any one of the choices from its signature drink list should be reason enough. Try El Coqui or classics, such as a Pina Colada or Sangria. Don't forget the flavorful Puerto Rican fare.

Why Go: The Urban Park Rangers will not only be your guides, but your teachers on the historical happenings of Fort Totten.

Where/When: Cinco de Mayo, 39-32 Bell Boulevard, Bayside. On Sunday, starting at noon.

Why Go: When you purchase an entree, such as as Huevos Rancheros or Machaca, you'll also get a drink from the bar, coffee or tea and a dessert.
