1. Marshall's Birthday Bash/Brand of Julez Live

Where/When: . On Friday, from 9:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Why Go: The live music, in celebration of Marshall's birthday (obviously), will feature Brand of Julez as they cover Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots and Red Hot Chilli Peppers songs.

Where/When: Cunningham Park, 196-22 Union Turnpike, in Fresh Meadows On Saturday, at 12:30 p.m.

Why Go: Not only is this a great outing for the entire family, the adults will have some fun watching the trapeze flyers and other celebrated acrobats.

Pricing: Ticket prices start at $20 per person.



Where/When:  On Bell Boulevard. On Friday and Saturday, until midnight.

Why Go: From Margaritas and Daiquiris to Sangrias and Mojitos, you'll have all that you need to set the tone for a fun-filled Memorial Day weekend!

4. Memorial Day Barbecue

Where/When: . Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Why Go: If you're working to make your Memorial Day barbecue a smash, 3Bros barbecue a great option if you're looking to cater some, or all, of your food, as well as has meat packages for you to grill yourself.

5. Monday Steak Night

Where/When: . On Monday night, of course!

Why Go: If you don't plan on barbecuing at home, this is a great way to spend Memorial Day evening. How can you beat all-you-can-eat steak that you don't have to cook yourself?
