Where/When: Queens Botanical Garden. On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why Go: Your garden clean-up volunteering efforts will end with a march to the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

3. Civil War New York: Historic Fort Totten

Where/When: Fort Totten Front Gate. On Saturday at 1 p.m.

Why Go: To see what historic remnants exist in your very own neighborhood.

4. The Hit Men

Where/When: Queensborough Performing Arts Center. On Saturday at 8 p.m.

Why Go: The live music at this concert will be performed by original band members of such famous groups as Franki Valli and The Four Seasons, Tommy James and The Shondells and The Critters, to name a few.

5. V Foundation - Team Up to Find a Cure

Where/When: Uno Chicago Grill. On Sunday.

Why Go: A percentage of the proceeds of all Corona Extra and Cororna Lite bottles bought will go to the fight in finding a cure for cancer. Raffles and giveaways are planned.

Pricing: Coronas are $4 a bottle, snack options starting at $2.99.
