FIVE THINGS: Transit Workers Union Offered New Contract

2. The City has offered the Transit Workers Union a new five-year contract, reports NY1; the first three years would freeze TWU worker pay, unless the union comes up with work rule changes—then there would be wage increases. The last two years would see a two-year increase.
