Family Talk: Where Do You Get the Energy?

With work, school, activities, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, doctors appointments, family engagements, play dates . . . . . . . . it is a wonder to me how parents manage to keep going.

While I may be a "young" parent, fatigue sets in just as it does with any other parent. Living seemingly neverending schedules I know I have my ways of dealing with, sometimes not so well, being tired and just plain old worn out.
