Douglaston Little Neck Library to Close for Roof Renovation
Branch will close on Nov. 1 and will reopen in December.
The Douglaston Little Neck Library will close at the end of next week for a roof replacement and will not reopen until December.
The library, located at 249-01 Northern Blvd. will close at the end of the business day on Nov. 1.
In the meantime, a mobile library will provide limited service every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customers who want full library service can travel to nearby sites, such as the branches at 57-04 Marathon Parkway in Little Neck and 214-20 Northern Blvd. in Bayside.
The library is expected to reopen at a yet-to-be-disclosed date in December, a spokeswoman for the library said.
