Bike Lanes or Jersey Shore

We hope you're having a lazy morning this Saturday, Bayside. Here are five things you need to know:

1. Bike lanes are likely coming to Bayside and Bay Terrace. Lots of them. Some of them on Bell Blvd. and nearby. Here's the story.

2. Congressman Gary Ackerman, D-Bayside, received a 60 score out of 100 by the League of Conservation Voters. Ackerman said the reflected a few times he was absent for votes on environmental issues, but that he supported 100 percent of their agenda.
