Bayside Village BID to Host Halloween Party This Weekend

Event will include a bouncy house, free snacks and face painting.

The Bayside Village Business Improvement District will host its Halloween family festival near the community's Long Island Rail Road station on Oct. 26.

The event, which runs from noon to 5 p.m., will include a bouncy house, rides, face painting free cotton candy and popcorn and a pumpkin patch for youngsters.

"It's an event that we did last year and everybody liked it," Lyle Sclair, executive director of the BID, said of the Halloween-themed party.

The Halloween Playland will be set up along 41st Avenue near the LIRR station. For more information, visit the BID's website.
