Also on Monday, Alley Pond Environmental Center will offer its Wee Sprouts and Toddler Time programs, while the Douglaston Little Neck Library will hold its weekly knitting and crocheting class.

There will be an AA meeting Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at the Community Church of Douglaston.

Rabbi Gordon Yaffe will host Preparing for Pesach at the Little Neck Jewish Center on Wednesday.

On Thursday, the Bayside Business Association will host its 2013 networking kickoff.

The Bayside Historical Society will hold its Greeks in Queens event in Fort Totten on Friday.

The Little Neck Jewish Center will host a Purim celebration on Saturday afternoon.


Alternate side parking is suspended for Feb. 18 as the city celebrates Presidents Day.

Mobile service for the Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is currently in service. The library will be closed for a few months to allow for a renovation.
