Events

Little Neck Jewish Center will host a Bedouin tent extravaganza on Monday evening.

Also on Monday, Alley Pond Environmental Center will offer its Wee Sprouts and Toddler Time programs, while the Douglaston Little Neck Library will hold its weekly knitting and crocheting class.

Universal pre-kindergarten will begin Monday and run every day of the week after school at the Community Church of Douglaston.

On Wednesday, Bayside-Douglaston Patch will switch over to Patch 2.0. Drop by the site and learn how to use its new features.

There will be an AA meeting Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at the Community Church of Douglaston.

The Bayside Business Association its holding its Spring Into Action meeting on Thursday.

On Friday evening, the Safari Beach Club will host the Happy Four Fight Back Against Cancer Fundraiser, while the Little Neck Jewish Center will hold its scholar in residence event for Jonathan Porath.

The Queens County Farm Museum will offer a children's carnival on Saturday and Sunday.

Queensborough Community College will hold the Rich Little - A Collection of Voices concert on Sunday.

Announcements

Mobile service for the Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is currently in service. The library will be closed for a few months to allow for a renovation.
