Community Board 11 will meet on Monday at 7:30 p.m. at Bayside’s M.S. 158. The board will hold public hearings on two variances and an extension of an existing property.
There will be an AA meeting Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at the Community Church of Douglaston.
The Bayside-Whitestone Lions Club will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday evening.
Bayside High School will host a holiday festival on Saturday morning. And the Bayside Village Business Improvement District will hold its monthly sidewalk sale on Saturday at noon.
The Bayside Hills Civic Association will host its annual holiday festival, which includes a Christmas tree and menorah lighting, on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Bell Boulevard and 53rd Avenue.
