Community Board 11 will meet on Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of Bayside’s M.S. 158, which is located at 46-35 Oceania St. The meeting will include a public hearing on the proposed expansion of Bayside’s Trattoria 35.
Also on Monday, Alley Pond Environmental Center will offer its Wee Sprouts and Toddler Time programs, while the Douglaston Little Neck Library will hold its weekly knitting and crocheting class.
There will be an AA meeting Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at the Community Church of Douglaston.
The Little Neck Jewish Center will host Ohm Shalom Yoga on Saturday.
The Bayside Historical Society is hosting its annual art show on Jan. 13.
Mobile service for the Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., will begin on Jan. 7. The library will be closed for a few months to allow for a renovation.
As of Jan. 6, the Q36 line on Jamaica Avenue is scheduled to continue along Little Neck Parkway, while the Q30 will be extended to Queensborough Community College on weekdays. And the Q27 will offer overnight service.
