The Bell Plaza Sports Club, offering a promotion that allows prospective members to join for just $25, will end the offer on Saturday, Dec. 25th. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Bell Plaza Sports Club will not close on Christmas Day, allowing those last minute wanna-be participants the whole day to stop in, sign up and workout!

Obviously, it…Read More did not receive the support of the community, at least not enough to make it a successful venture. This is sad. Every Sunday, rain or shine, I would stop at the market and purchase something. My favorite was the bakery stand. Often, when I stopped in the afternoon I would get two FREE French breads with my purchase. Parking was never a problem. The vendors where friendly and very informative. It was a perfect setting for the picturesque nature of this community. Too bad it is not returning.

And this..., just as we were beginning to enjoy the Long Island wines and the $34 per pound skirt steak, ordered two months in advance.
