Tuesday: Queens Restaurant Week, Homework Help
Also, the Bayside Library is hosting its needlework club today.
Queens Restaurant Week kicked off on Monday, giving borough residents the opportunity to eat prix fixe meals at more than 40 borough eateries.
Northeast Queens restaurants participating in restaurant week include Bourbon Street, Donovan's of Bayside, Papazzio Restaurant, Pier 25A and many others.
The Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is hosting its needlework club today at 4 p.m. Attendees, who must be at least 10 years of age, should bring their own yarn.
The Douglaston Little Neck Library, located at 249-01 Northern Blvd., is offering homework help for students in kindergarten through fifth grade at 3:30 p.m.
Attendees will work in small groups with three retired school teachers.
