Thursday: Les Miz at Cunningham Park, Concert at the Library
Concert at the library will pay tribute to Sinatra and other legendary singers.
Councilman Mark Weprin’s film screening series at Cunningham Park will continue this evening with 2012’s Academy Award winning version of “Les Miserables.”
The free screening starts at 8 p.m. near the park’s bocce courts.
And the Douglaston Little Neck Library, located at 249-01 Northern Blvd. in Little Neck, will host a concert at 2 p.m. during which singer Arnie Gruber offers a jazzy tribute to Frank Sinatra, Barry Manilow, Neil Sedaka and others.
