The Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is offering homework help for local schoolchildren today.
Teen volunteers will assist students in kindergarten through sixth grade with school assignments. The class begins at 3:30 p.m.
The National Art League, located at 44-21 Douglaston Parkway, is offering two classes today - oil painting from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and figure drawing from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
